Sabine F. Musange, MD, MSc
Principal Investigator, Rwanda
Dr. Sabine Musange is a lecturer at the University of Rwanda, School of Public Health. She serves as the principal investigator of PTBi-Rwanda. Her research interests include program evaluations in maternal and child health, health policy and financing. For the past 10 years, she has been teaching at the School of Public Health and working closely with the Ministry of Health and partners in developing, implementing and evaluating health interventions/programs in Rwanda. Dr. Musange earned an MD from the School of Medicine at the University of Rwanda, and an MS in international health policy and management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University in Massachusetts. She is currently working towards her PhD in global health, implementation sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle.
